Khine Moore is the sous Chef at Juniper and Ivy in San Diego, California, and helped develop the crack shack. During his culinary career, he sought improvements to make the job in the kitchen more efficient. With the time spent in the kitchens throughout San Diego, he created the Mise En Block, a multifunctional knife block.
